Srinagar, Dec. 30 -- Police in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district on Tuesday arrested a man for allegedly harassing minor girls by spraying a chemical substance into their eyes.
The accused was arrested after parents of two victims lodged a complaint at Police Station Chadoora regarding the incident that occurred while the girls were returning home from tuition.
Police said, the two parents said that their minor daughters were attacked by an unknown man while returning from tuition, who sprayed a chemical substance into their eyes.
Accordingly, a case under section 62 and 137 of BNS was registered and investigation was initiated.
