Prayagraj, March 13 -- The hearing on the petition filed by Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati in the Prayagraj POCSO Court has been adjourned.
The hearing was postponed as the court did not sit due to the observance of the Alvida Namaz.
The hearing was originally scheduled to take place at 2:00 PM in the court of Special POCSO Judge Vinod Kumar Chaurasia.
The next hearing in this matter is now scheduled for April 17.
During the next hearing, the statement of the plaintiff, Swami Mukundanand Giri, will be recorded in court.
In the POCSO Court, a plea has been filed seeking the dismissal of the allegations levelled by Ashutosh Brahmachari, asserting that they are false.
