New Delhi, Oct. 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday wished Pope Leo XIV a full and speedy recovery after learning that the head of the Roman Catholic Church had undergone a successful surgery the previous night.
"Happy to learn that His Holiness Pope Leo XIV's surgery last night was successful. Wishing him a full and speedy recovery as well as continued good health," Modi said in a post on social media platform X.
