Tianjin/New Delhi, Sept. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today sought a united stand by Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries against terrorism and radicalization and indirectly targeting the West, decried the ''double standards'' against the scourge.
