Kannur, March 31 -- AICC leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi alleged on Tuesday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants the ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) to win the Kerala assembly elections.

Addressing an election rally for 11 Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) candidates of the district at Kannur Police ground, here, he claimed the BJP and Left parties were colluding in the state.

Gandhi said it was "surprising" to see a Left party aligning with an "extreme right" force, alleging an unprecedented CPI(M)-BJP partnership in Kerala.
