New Delhi, Oct. 29 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Ekta Nagar, Kevadia, Gujarat on October 30 and 31, a government release said today.

The two-day visit will feature the inauguration and foundation stone laying of development projects worth over Rs1,140 crore, along with the grand celebrations of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, marking the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

On the first day, the Prime Minister's focus will be on boosting tourism, connectivity, and sustainability in the region surrounding the Statue of Unity.

He will flag off e-buses around 5:15 pm and, at 6:30 pm, inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for multiple projects aligned with the government's vision of eco-tourism, green mobility...
