New Delhi, Feb. 22 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on Sunday, where he will launch and dedicate development projects valued at approximately Rs12,930 crore.
A key highlight of the visit will be the inauguration of India's first Namo Bharat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and the formal dedication of the complete Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor to the nation.
At around 12:30 PM, the Prime Minister will flag off both the Meerut Metro and the Namo Bharat train from the Shatabdi Nagar Namo Bharat Station. He will then travel by metro to Meerut South Station.
Around 1 PM, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and dedicate multiple development initiatives in Meerut and address a public gathering.
