Chandigarh, July 11 -- Haryana's development agenda will receive a major push on July 17 as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to flag off India's first hydrogen-powered train from Jind, inaugurate the Kurukshetra Railway Elevated Track and Station project, and lay the foundation stone of the Sikh Museum.

This was stated by Haryana Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana on Saturday.

Calling the Prime Minister's visit a landmark moment for the state, Rana said it was a matter of great fortune for Haryana that the country's first hydrogen-powered train would begin its journey from Jind.
