Chennai, Jan. 14 -- In his first visit to Tamil Nadu in the New Year, Prime MinisterNarendra Modi will address a massive election rally near Chennai on January 23.

Apart from top BJP leaders, all the alliance party leaders, including the main OppositionAIADMK, which is heading the NDA in the State, will take part in the meeting to be heldwith the key Assembly elections just four months away..

The public meeting will be held at Madurantakam, about 100 km from here, on theChennai-Trichy National Highway.

After BJP State Unit President Nainar Nagendran and AIADMK leaders shortlisted threevenues and finally decided to hold the rally at Madurantakam.
