New Delhi, July 26 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday announced the constitution of a High-Powered Task Force on examination reforms under the leadership of technology entrepreneur and Aadhaar architect Nandan Nilekani, saying the expert panel would spearhead efforts to strengthen and modernise India's examination system amid mounting concerns over paper leaks and irregularities.
