New Delhi/Naypyidaw, Aug. 31 -- On the first day of the Shanghai Organisation Cooperation Summit in the Chinese city of Tianjin, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Myanmar junta's leader and the country's President, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on the summit's sidelines.
The two leaders reviewed bilateral relations, border security, trade, and defence among other aspects.
In a post on X, Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal posted a pictures of the two leaders meeting, as well as of the meeting between the delegations from New Delhi and Naypyidaw.
