Chennai, May 4 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday evening congratulated political newbie TVK Founder and actor-politician Vijay for his impressive show in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections emerging as the single largest party in his maiden poll venture, even as Congress leader Rahul Gandhi spoke to Vijay and also to alliance leader and outgoing Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin.
