New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal will lead a more than 200-member Indian business delegation to Japan from August 24-27, marking the country's largest-ever business delegation to Japan as New Delhi looks to deepen trade, investment and industrial cooperation with Tokyo.
The four-day visit will cover Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka, with representatives from sectors including manufacturing, semiconductors, automobiles, steel, clean energy, financial services, healthcare and start-ups.
The visit comes as India and Japan seek to expand economic engagement and strengthen their Special Strategic and Global Partnership, particularly in technology-intensive and high-value manufacturing sectors.
