New Delhi, March 8 -- The Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council (SPEFL-SC), in association with the FIT India Movement, organised a special International Women's Day edition of "Sundays on Cycle" at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday.
The third edition of the Pink Cyclothon initiative aimed at promoting women's health, wellness, and active lifestyles and saw participation from more than 1,000 people across age groups, as per a release.
The event featured mass fitness sessions including Zumba, yoga and rope skipping activities. The cycling ride was flagged off at 7:45 am as part of the programme encouraging fitness and active living.
