Lahore, Feb. 19 -- Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) president Tariq Hussain Bugti on Thursday announced he has resigned from his post, and blamed the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) for alleged mismanagement of funds meant for international tournaments, particularly the FIH Pro League.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, Bugti said he had already submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and held the PSB responsible for financial and logistical issues faced by the national team during recent overseas tours, Dawn reported.
