Prayagraj, June 23 -- A complaint regarding the fire at a coaching institute in Lucknow was filed at the Uttar Pradesh State Human Rights Commission today, demanding an impartial investigation and action against the culprits.
The complaint was filed by Allahabad High Court advocate and human rights researcher Dr. Gajendra Singh Yadav.
