Panchkula, Aug. 20 -- The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has announced the scheme and syllabus for the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) programme, introducing Medical Devices as a new specialisation starting in the 2027-28 academic year.

The notification was issued under Regulation 10 of the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) Course Regulations, 2014. It explains the academic setup, including who can apply, how long the course lasts, attendance rules, credits, exams, and the syllabus for postgraduate pharmacy education. The syllabus becomes official once published in the Official Gazette.
