Chennai, April 3 -- Punjab Kings (PBKS) won the toss and opted to bowl in it second IPL cricket match against five time champions and home favourite Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the iconic M A Chidambaram Stadium here on Friday night.
On the reason for bowling first despite the dew factor unlikely, PBKS skipper Shreyas Iyer said the wicket is fresh, and that is the reason he wants to field first.
He said his hand is "fresh", when asked about his injury from the other day.
PBKS has gone with the same team that had defeated Gujarat Titans in their opening match at New Chandigarh.
CSK has made two changes bringing in Prashant Veer and Khaleel Ahmed for Mathew Short and Jamie Overton.
