Patna, Sept. 16 -- The Patna High Court has sought a response from the union Government on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) challenging an alleged offensive typographical error in a Class 1 Hindi textbook published by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
A division bench comprising Chief Justice V. Kameswar Rao and Justice Sudhir Singh issued the direction while hearing a petition filed by Somitra Shankar against the union Government and other respondents.
