Patna, Jan. 22 -- The First Class Judicial Magistrate Kumari Prinki Priyanka of the Patna Civil Court today rejected the regular bail application of a hostel owner, accused of the high-profile case related to the suspicious death of a NEET aspirant staying at a hostel in Patna.
After hearing arguments from both sides, the judge turned down the bail petition of the accused, the owner of Shambhu Girls' Hostel located in the Chitragupt Nagar police station area.
The accused was arrested on January 15 and was sent to the jail.
