Patna, June 25 -- Additional District and Sessions Judge Gaurav Singh today granted bail to Abhishek Anand and Gaurav Kumar, who were lodged in jail in connection with an alleged assault on a security guard of Khan Global Studies.
The regular bail petitions filed by Abhishek Anand, brother of Roshan Anand, and Gaurav Kumar were heard by the Judge.
During the hearing, counsel for the accused argued that both men were innocent and sought their release on bail. The prosecution opposed the plea. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court allowed the regular bail applications and ordered their release.
