Patna, June 25 -- A court in Patna on Thursday deferred the hearing on anticipatory bail petitions filed by Khan Global Studies Director Faizal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, and three of his associates in a case related to alleged attempt to murder and illegal use of firearms.
The anticipatory bail applications of Khan Sir and co-accused Ajit Kumar, Kanhaiya Kumar Singh and Ankit Kumar Pandey came up for hearing before Principal District and Sessions Judge Rupesh Dev.
During the hearing, Public Prosecutor Rajesh Kumar informed the court that the police had not submitted an updated case diary. Taking note of the submission, the court directed the investigating agency to file the updated case diary and adjourned the matter till June 27...
