Mumbai, Feb. 5 -- Social activist Anjali Damania asserted that it was impossible for Parth Pawar to be given a clean chit in the Mundhwa land scam case, and warned that she would approach the High Court if the Kharge Committee submits any such report. She was speaking at a press conference in Mumbai.
Damania said reports have appeared in the media claiming that the Kharge Committee, appointed by the government to probe the matter, has given a clean chit in the deal involving 40 acres of Mahar Watan land in Mundhwa, valued at nearly Rs 1,800 crore as per market rates, allegedly purchased at a throwaway price.
