Dharamshala, Feb. 19 -- Vipin Singh Parmar, BJP MLA from Sulah and former Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly, on Tuesday strongly reprimanded Congress legislator Sunder Singh for using the term "accidental Chief Minister" against Leader of the Opposition Jai Ram Thakur in the House.
Parmar termed the remarks "unparliamentary" and a violation of the dignity of the House. He said the comments were made during a discussion on the Revenue Deficit Grant (RDG) and at a time when Thakur was not present in the House.
