Initially slated to end on April 2, the session was reconvened for a special three-day sitting from April 16 to 18 to address critical electoral reforms, including the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill, 2026, which sought to implement women's reservation and initiate delimitation based on the 2011 census data.
