Mumbai, July 27 -- Pantomath Group announced it has facilitated the successful completion of a Rs 300 crore fundraise for India Gold Metaverse (IGM), including a secondary placement through a private equity investment deal.

Prominent investors who participated in the round include Ashish Kacholia, Jagdish Master Family Office, Waaree Family Office, Ravi Sheth Family Office and Anuj Sheth Family Office, the group said in a statement here on Monday.

IGM is building an integrated digital infrastructure for India's gold economy by combining Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and financial market technologies.
