Srinagar, Oct. 29 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly today witnessed brief pandemonium after BJP MLA Shagun Parihar alleged that her constituency, Kishtwar, was being neglected "for being Hindu and nationalist."Speaking during Zero Hour, Parihar accused the government of ignoring development needs in her constituency.

"Seventy per cent of the population in Kishtwar still lives in hilly areas. Even the benefits of central schemes are not reaching the people. Roads are in deplorable condition. The area is being deliberately neglected for being Hindu and Rashtrawadi (nationalist)," she said.
