Panchkula, Sept. 7 -- Electricity consumers in Panchkula district will get an opportunity to directly raise complaints relating to billing, faulty meters, voltage fluctuations, power disruptions and other electricity service issues at a special hearing of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum on September 8.
The hearing will be conducted by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of the Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) from 11.30 am at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Panchkula.
Only complaints pertaining to electricity consumers of Panchkula district will be taken up during the hearing.
