Panchkula, July 21 -- In a major security overhaul aimed at preventing crime and ensuring faster emergency response, the Panchkula Police has strengthened its policing network by deploying additional checkpoints, upgrading emergency response mechanisms and intensifying patrolling across the district.
Acting under the directions of Commissioner of Police Pankaj Nain, the force has adopted a modern policing strategy focused on crime prevention, swift response to emergencies and rapid apprehension of offenders.
Reviewing the preparedness of the force, DCP Crime and Traffic Amrinder Singh inspected all 16 Emergency Response Vehicles (ERVs), 28 rider teams and 12 Police Control Room (PCR) vehicles.
