Panchkula, June 1 -- Panchkula Police has intensified its crackdown on narcotics trafficking under its special anti-drug campaign "Maidan 2.0", recovering heroin and charas worth more than Rs 3 crore and arresting four alleged drug traffickers within four days of the operation.
The campaign is being conducted under the supervision of Police Commissioner Pankaj Nain, who reviewed the progress of the drive through a video conference with senior officers, including DCP Panchkula Srishti Gupta, DCP Crime and Traffic Amarinder Singh and officials associated with the anti-drug initiative.
