Panchkula, June 24 -- In a major push to strengthen public safety and restore order in commercial areas, Panchkula Deputy Commissioner Satpal Sharma has ordered a comprehensive review of safety standards in coaching institutes and announced strict action against illegal encroachments in city markets.
Chairing a high-level meeting at the Mini Secretariat on Tuesday, the Deputy Commissioner directed officials to ensure full compliance with the National Building Code (NBC)-2016 in all coaching institutes operating across the district.
