Panchkula, June 14 -- The Cyber Crime Police Station of Panchkula Police has arrested three more accused from Madhya Pradesh in connection with a sophisticated online investment fraud in which a Panchkula resident was allegedly duped of over Rs 49 lakh on the pretext of earning huge profits through share market trading.

The three accused, identified as Shaitan, Atul Ahirwar and Sahib Khan, all residents of Madhya Pradesh, were produced before a local court after completion of their police remand on June 13 and were subsequently sent to judicial custody.

With these arrests, the total number of accused apprehended in the case has risen to five.
