London, Nov. 29 -- Cole Palmer has been declared fit to return for Chelsea ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

The 23-year-old forward fractured his toe after stubbing it on a door last week, ruling him out of victories over Burnley and Barcelona. Injury troubles have limited the England international tojust four appearances across all competitions this season.
