Lahore, Aug. 19 -- Pakistan will host Sri Lanka and England in an ODI tri-series in October.
The series featuring the three former world champions will serve as crucial preparation on the road to next year's ICC Men's Cricket World Cup.
Starting October 18, with hosts Pakistan facing Sri Lanka in the opener, the tri-series will be staged in Rawalpindi and Lahore, with the final taking place on October 31.
Following the tri-series, Pakistan and Sri Lanka will also compete in a two-match ICC World Test Championship series. The action will begin with the first Test starting November 9 in Rawalpindi, followed by the series decider in Lahore from November 17.
