New Delhi, Aug. 6 -- Several athletes, including a Pakistan boxer, who competed at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow have gone missing after the event, with reports suggesting some may be planning to seek asylum instead of returning to their home countries.
Police Scotland confirmed it has received reports of a number of athletes who are "unaccounted for" since the Games ended on Sunday. Authorities have launched inquiries and are working with the UK Home Office to establish the circumstances behind the disappearances.
