Dubai, June 3 -- Standouts in Pakistan's ODI series with Australia and the Test match between Ireland and New Zealand have made jumps after the latest ICC Player Rankings update.
Bowlers in particular enjoyed the matches in Rawalpindi and Lahore, with Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed making a seven-spot jump into fourth (633), a career high position and rating for ODI Bowlers thanks to a pair of two-wicket hauls.
Fast bowling teammate Shaheen Afridi enjoyed a four-spot jump to 13th (593) thanks to four wickets of his own, while there was a big jump further down for Australian quick Nathan Ellis, who moved up 24 spots to 44th after claiming six wickets across the two outings.
