PARWINDER SANDHUNew Delhi, Jan. 10 -- Stating that Islamabad continues to pursue its long-held policy of inflicting "a thousand cuts" on India, Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Katiyar, Army Commander, Western Command, on Saturday said Pakistan lacks both the courage and the capability to fight a conventional war against India.
The Army Commander, who was speaking at the Western Command Investiture Ceremony organised at Manekshaw Center in the national capital, said the neighbouring nation only seeks to harm us through terrorist activities.
