Islamabad, Oct. 15 -- Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has called the Afghan Taliban as originally being a creation of the Pakistani deep state, developed during its alliance with the US to carry out the West's "dirty work", but has now described them as being both "untrustworthy" and "unreliable," amid the massive surge in cross-border clashes between the two sides.
