Ranchi, June 23 -- Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) on Tuesday welcomed the posthumous conferment of the Padma Bhushan on its founder and former Chief Minister Shibu Soren, describing it as recognition of his lifelong struggle for tribal rights and social justice.
JMM general secretary Vinod Kumar Pandey said the honour recognised the struggles of the people of Jharkhand, the tribal community and those associated with the movement for a separate state.
