Shillong, March 10 -- Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) working president, P.N. Syiem has resigned from the party, blaming the Central leadership of not listening to the opinions and aspirations of the people to change the party leadership and revamp the party's organisation in the state.
In his resignation letter submitted to Congress General Secretary (Organisation), K.C.
