Araria, Oct. 19 -- Jan Suraaj leader and Bankipur MLA, Prashant Kishor, today said AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi cannot change the destiny of Seemanchal by coming from Hyderabad, asserting that the region's problems can be addressed by leaders who understand Bihar's local conditions.
Reacting to statements by leaders of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), Kishor said he was not concerned about what the party said, asserting that winning or losing elections was a separate matter.
He said AIMIM could not resolve the problems facing Seemanchal and Bihar, and maintained that the region's development required leadership rooted in the state.
