Itanagar, June 20 -- More than 83,000 farmers across Arunachal Pradesh received financial assistance under the 23rd instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme, with the release programme being observed through a live webcast at Kanubari in Longding district on Saturday.
The event, held at the ADC Conference Hall, was attended by Agriculture Minister Gabriel D Wangsu, Additional Deputy Commissioner Yashwant Meena, officials from various departments, scientists from Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), public representatives and over 200 farmer beneficiaries.
