New Delhi, March 27 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has recorded strong demand for its housing projects in Narela, with over 700 flats sold under the ongoing Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 and Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, officials said.
Under the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a scheme dedicated to serving and retired government employees, DDA recently offered an additional 936 flats in Pocket 6, Sector A1 to A4, Narela.
Bookings, which opened on March 26 on the occasion of Ram Navami, received an enthusiastic response, with more than 400 flats booked within just two days.
