New Delhi, March 7 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said on Saturday that more than 620 Jan Aushadhi Kendras operating in Delhi have become a major support for lakhs of families by providing high-quality medicines at affordable prices.
The CM said the Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana is playing a key role in making healthcare affordable and accessible for all.
In a post on social media platform X on the occasion of Jan Aushadhi Diwas, Gupta said the Central government's initiative ensures that no citizen, especially from the middle class and economically weaker sections, is deprived of necessary medical treatment due to financial constraints.
