Lucknow, March 1 -- The Uttar Pradesh government Sunday stated that all state construction workers deployed in Israel are working regularly at their work sites and the state government is maintaining constant surveillance during the ongoing Israel-Iran war.
Currently, a total of 6,004 construction workers from Uttar Pradesh are working on various projects in Israel. These workers were selected through the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Israeli government agency, the Population and Immigration Authority (PIBA), for the year 2024.
