Srinagar, July 18 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday said that the administration's gaol was to transform the union Territory into a national hub for knowledge, culture and creativity.
Lieutenant Governor, Sinha was speaking at the third edition of Chinar Book Festival in Srinagar. The Lieutenant Governor congratulated the National Book Trust and the organizers for their commendable work.
