Los Angeles, Aug. 13 -- Actor Cillian Murphy is now going to appear as a head teacher for boys bogged down by societal issues in his upcoming Netflix movie 'Steve.'
Based on the book 'Shy' by author and the film's writer Max Porter, the movie will make its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival, before becoming open for a theatrical run from September 19, and streaming on Netflix on October 3, reports Deadline.
The film reimagines Porter's book from the reform school head teacher Steve's point of view. Porter wrote the script and executive produces the project. Tim Mielants, who recently helmed Big Things Films' 'Small Things Like These', will be the director.
