Hyderabad, Aug. 13 -- Organ donation is a noble act that can give a new lease of life to patients suffering from organ failure, said Dr Sree Bhushan Raju, Professor and Head of Nephrology at NIMS and Head of State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (SOTTO) (Jeevandan).
He was speaking at 'Varta', a media workshop on 'Myths and Facts on Organ Donation', organised by the Press Information Bureau (PIB), Hyderabad, at CGO Towers, Kavadiguda, on the occasion of World Organ Donation Day.
