Lucknow, Feb. 18 -- Proceedings in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council today witnessed heated discussions under Rule 105 (Adjournment Motion), primarily concerning the state government's alleged rapid implementation of privatization policies, leading to a walkout by the opposition.
Samajwadi Party (SP) members including Lal Bihari Yadav, Kiran Pal Kashyap, Rajendra Chaudhary, Dr. Man Singh Yadav, Mukul Yadav, Ashutosh Sinha, and Balram Yadav raised concerns over what they termed adverse effects of privatization.
