Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 23 -- Proceedings in the Kerala Assembly were adjourned for the day on Monday after the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) staged a vociferous protest over the investigation into the alleged Sabarimala gold theft case, triggering dramatic scenes in the House.
Soon after the session began, UDF members rose from their seats, raised slogans and trooped into the well of the House, accusing the government of serious lapses in the probe.
